People from across Sumo Group’s 18 international studios came together in Sheffield this month for Sumo Developer Conference (SDC), Sumo Digital’s annual learning and development event.
SDC23 featured over 100 speakers and over 80 sessions across both days. Those attending were treated to talks by senior leaders and game developers from across Sumo’s studios, as well as keynote talks from Arran Langmead, Senior Content Developer from Epic Games; and award-winning writer and narrative designer Rhianna Pratchett, hosted by Timbre Games’ Zoe Curnoe.
The conference provided world-class content and learning across all game development disciplines is accessible to all our people, in one place, as well as an opportunity for people to meet each other in person from neighbouring Sumo studios.
