Sumo Group’s internal learning platform, Dojo, receives its second award this year as it is recognised for Best Use of Digital Technologies at the 2022 UK Employee Experience Awards.
Sumo Group introduced Dojo, in May 2020 in partnership with THRIVE. Since then, the platform has built a user-base of around 1,100 team members from across Sumo Group’s 16 studios.
Dojo offers its people the opportunity to not only share content, connect and collaborate with colleagues, but discover new and engaging ways to learn and develop their careers at Sumo Group. This latest award recognises Sumo Group’s commitment to providing collaborative learning experiences for its teams globally and ensuring no matter what your starting point there is a clear pathway to grow.
This accolade follows Sumo Group’s win at the Learning Excellence Awards earlier this year which also recognised the Group’s commitment to Digital Technologies leading the way in learning.
